We had experience with a few of the members of the team at MOAI for our new home. The were prompt, professional, and very accommodating. In the one instance where there was a small problem with an installation, we called on a Saturday and someone was there to address it within the hour. Mid-Ontario Appliance Installations has been nothing less than phenomenal. Moving into a new house and coordinating deliveries and installations is always challenging, however Covid and the resulting supply issues has made it 10 times worse. I am so thankful to have contacted Doug at MOAI who really took care of me when my range did not make the first delivery. I thought that I would be out of a stove for weeks, however Doug was able to rearrange their schedule to accommodate the new delivery date. The installers were completely professional and took pride in their work. When the installer (Tyler) learned that it was our first gas range, he took time to walk us through the operation and gave us tips. Totally went above and beyond. Can't say enough good things about this great group of guys.
